3 Year Warranty

After login with your MyMitsubishi account use this page to register your PLC, HMI and frequency inverter products for the 3 year warranty programme. In the unlikely event of any problems occurring the details you provide here will allow us to get you up and running again quickly.

This warranty applies exclusively to standard products from MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC CORPORATION and includes:

HMI:
– GOT2000 Series

PLC:
– MELSEC iQ-F, MELSEC iQ-R, MELSEC-Q, MELSEC-F, and L Series (including motion controllers)

Inverters (INV):
 – All series


Note: Cables, batteries, and similar accessories/peripherals are not covered under this warranty.

To take advantage of the 3-Year Warranty, make sure:

• The product is a standard material (non standard, spare parts, discontinued etc. are excluded)
• It has a valid serial number
• It was purchased through an authorized Mitsubishi Electric sales channel
• It is registered online with delivery date of the product*
